Tai Chi Easy™ Video - No Commentary

Outdoor New Hampshire Location

tai-chi-nhThis video shows the basic moves and feet positions so you can review your own Tai Chi Easy sequence. I did not give any verbal instructions, concentrating on the movements but there is a sound track that captured the local birds and insects that were observing that day.

Integral Tai Chi™ Video -- Front View -- with Commentary

Indoor MA Location

integrated front viewThe sequence shows the basic moves and feet positions in this form of Tai Chi which is referred to as Integral Tai Chi™. These Integral Tai Chi™ moves are explained and demonstrated for those students who have begun to master Basic Qi Gong moves and have also become comfortable with all of the Tai Chi Easy™ movements. This video is provided so that experienced students may be able to practice between classes.

Integral Tai Chi™ Video -- Side View -- with Commentary

Indoor MA Location

side view integratedThis video repeats the sequence from a different vantage point (similar to a class session where the instructor is facing the same direction as the students). This vantage point is sometimes easier to follow for students who are learning which way to move feet or arms. The sequence shows the basic moves and feet positions in this form of Tai Chi which is referred to as Integral Tai Chi™. These Integral Tai Chi™ moves are explained and demonstrated for those students who have begun to master Basic Qi Gong moves and have also become comfortable with all of the Tai Chi Easy™ movements. This video is provided so that experienced students may be able to practice between classes.

Video Helpful Hints

This area is a work in progress. I will be working on recording video clips of some basic moves during the summer. If you move your cursor over the image / videos that are linked on this page you will see some controls for pausing / stopping / rewinding the movie clip.

video-controls-image

HINT: Most videos when they start go very slow (like slow motion) because they are "waiting" for the video to "download" / "stream" to your computer. Using the controls if you start the video then right away pause the video for awhile the video will usually have time to progress with the "download stream" to your computer (as indicated by the progress bar highlighted in the image above. When the progress bar is "filled-in" more across the whole line you can again resume the video and it should play smoother.

Remember this is an early experiment in online video so the movie may not work on some computers or certain browsers. Improvements will be made as I start to get feedback on how well you could view this first sample clip.
