These videos are available for you to continue your practice between class sessions. They can also be used when classes are not in session during winter or summer. If you have difficulty with viewing the videos there are some hints listed on this page here is the link: Helpful Video Hints.

How to start out.

Video Helpful Hints


This area is a work in progress. I will be working on recording video clips of some basic moves during the summer. If you move your cursor over the image / videos that are linked on this page you will see some controls for pausing / stopping / rewinding the movie clip.

HINT: Most videos when they start go very slow (like slow motion) because they are "waiting" for the video to "download" / "stream" to your computer. Using the controls if you start the video then right away pause the video for awhile the video will usually have time to progress with the "download stream" to your computer (as indicated by the progress bar highlighted in the image above. When the progress bar is "filled-in" more across the whole line you can again resume the video and it should play smoother.

Remember this is an early experiment in online video so the movie may not work on some computers or certain browsers. Improvements will be made as I start to get feedback on how well you could view this first sample clip.
