Video Starting Place - Introduction to Practice

Here is a video which introduces Daily Practice which can include warm-up movements that can be done prior to starting a practice, Qi Gong movements, Tai Chi movements in the various forms taught in Carol's classes such as: medical qigong, nine phases or any other qi gong sequences.
